We send a fax to Strato containing the cancel of our domain, since two days the website has been unreachable. Our new provider needed a Auth-Code to make the official entry into the nameserver (so that the page is reachable under the name www.knolle.org):

we ordered a long time ago our Domain knolle.org at our hoster Strato AG Germany. A few weeks ago we get letters from you, that now you are our partner.

We want to note that we did not order the Domains directly with you, so we want the authoric-code to transfer our domain to our new DNS-Server-partner Schlund Germany.

With regard to your request, the auth code can only be sent to the primary contact's email address on record. Do you have access to guardian@XLINK.NET? If not, you will need to update it first inside your account. Please follow the procedure below.

1. Go to http://www.networksolutions.com

2. Enter your User ID and password on the top-right part of the page.

To edit your User Information,

a. Click "Edit User Information".

b. Enter the new contact information you would like to place in your NIC handle / contact record.

c. Click "Save".

Your contact record should now be updated.

I don't know on what database you are working, but I've changed the email address on April 20. on the website www.networksolutions.com in the account Manager, how your colleague descriped on April 20. So will you please FIRST read what happens in the bottom of this mail, then you will see, that we did all steps you said to me.

So, why is it not possible that you send us our auth code to transfer the domain to our registrar partner. I have access to your Account Manager, so I don't need a fax to get a new Login or password. If you want it, and you don't have a right internet connection to your own homepage, I can send you a snap shot, so you can see, that in your database is the right information of my email address, where you can send me now the damned auth code.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

da habe ich leider aber was anderes von NSI zu hören bekommen. Wie ich Ihnen in dieser Mail mit beifüge fühlen die sich nicht mehr zuständig, da zwischen Strato und NSI eine Einigung zu stande kam.

Bitte regeln Sie Ihre Streitigkeiten mit NSI direkt ab, und nicht auf dem Rücken Ihrer Kunden bzw. Ex-Kunden. Wobei ich mir natürlich nicht die Bemerkung verkneifen kann, dass genau diese Reaktion mit der Grund ist, warum wir unsere kompletten Pakete bei Ihnen gekündigt haben.

Wobei es schon merkwürdig ist, dass Sie es mit der Abschaltung so eilig hatten, wobei der Betrag noch bis Mitte bzw. Ende des Jahres bereits bezahlt war.

Also hiermit fordere ich Sie erneut auf, uns den Umzug unserer Domains knolle.org zu ermöglichen, und uns den AUTH-Code für die Domain knolle.org zu übermitteln.

Ansonsten sehen wir uns gezwungen rechtliche Mittel zu prüfen.
