Dear NSI Support,
that is my dilemma, with the cancel of Strato we have no longer access neither
to knolle.org nor to the email given in XWhois (guardian@xlink.net), NSI is the
registrar, the only one who can resolve this problem.
Can you send the approval to another email-adress instead? Or do you have
an other solution what can be done now. I have no access to guardian@xlink.net,
and they don´t answer to my mails. If not this approval will also expire
like the previous one and i will have to contact you again.

for 60 days before it can be transferred to another Registrar.)
c) The current Primary Contact rejects the notification.
d) The domain name was not in a paid status with Network Solutions.

Dear NSI Support,
as i understand it so far, by canceling the domain at Strato Media AG the
domain is now locked for 60 days because it is not longer than 60 days at NSI.
Is this correct?
But wasn´t NSI for the past years my registrar though my wholesaler
was Strato?
So, when these 60 days are over, what will happen then? Do i have to reaply
my auth-Code with the same procedere or will my new registrar Schlund Technologies
be able to get the domain without Auth-Code. Please help.

Dear Mr. Knolle,
As indicated in the previous email, though your domain name is registered
with Network Solutions it is under the wholesale account of Strato. In order
to transfer it to a retail Network Solutions account, please follow the instructions
below.
1. Please go to: http://networksolutions.com and click "Transfer Domains" on
the right side of the page.
2. Enter the domain name that you wish to transfer in the box provided. Then
click "Get Started". If you wish to transfer more than one domain name
within Network Solutions, you will need to do so one at a time.
3. Our system will automatically check the status of the domain name that
you enter, and determine if it is available for transfer. If the domain name
is not, your Transfer Results page will provide you with additional information
to help you through your options. You may need to click on the link beside the
domain name to
retrieve additional information.. If the domain name is available, you will
be guided through the Transfer Within Network Solutions process as outlined below.
4. You will be asked whether you are the current Account Holder for the domain
name.
a. If you are not and are attempting to gain the domain name registration,
you will need to select the option, "I do not have the authority to approve
the transfer." Once you have selected this option you will need to enter
the image as seen on your screen in order to proceed.
b. If you are the Account Holder, you will be asked whether you wish to transfer
to another account you own or whether you want to transfer to another person.
Transferring to another account you own will require you to login.
5. If you are attempting to gain the domain name registration you will be
taken to the "View Your Order" page. Please select the renewal term
from the drop down box provided. If no extension to the expiration date in desired,
please click the "Remove" button located to the right of the domain
name and price. Click "Proceed to Purchase" when complete.
You are now ready to Check Out. There are four steps to the check out process:
1. Login/Create Account: If you are placing this domain name in an existing
account, enter your User ID and password in the dialogue boxes provided and click "Login".
2. Account Information: If you want to create a new account, select whether
the account will be for business or individual use and click the blue "Create
Account" button. Input the Account Holder information. Be sure to complete
all fields. Click "Continue" once completed. This step will be omitted
if you are logging in to an existing account.
3. Payment Information: Enter your credit card information. Click "Continue" once
complete. Your credit card will only be charged when the transfer is successful.
Be sure to read the Service Agreement and check the appropriate box indicating
that you have done so. Click "Submit Order" when complete.
4. Thank You for Your Order: You will now be presented with the "Order
Complete" page. Please print this page for your records.
We will be requesting authorization for the transfer from the current Account
Holder or Primary Contact for the domain name. The Primary Contact will have
14 days to authorize the transfer. Once we receive authorization, we will complete
the transfer within 48 hours and notify you by e-mail that it has been completed.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order in approximately 24 hours. Your
order is not complete until you receive e-mail confirmation.

Please know that KNOLLE.ORG has been registered since October 2002. Even though
its contract ended last March, its registration starts dates back in 2002 with
Network Solutions which makes it over the 60 day rule. This rule will not affect
your transfer.
